Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer II to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support IT and business processes. The role involves configuring and customizing applications, implementing workflows, and integrating with other enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, ITIL familiarity, and strong collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Hands-on experience developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications.
- 2-year college degree in Information Systems or related field.
Responsibilities
- Own the development of the enterprise ServiceNow platform and integrations.
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Troubleshoot performance and integration issues.
- Assist in testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Provide training to end users and junior developers.
