National Grid is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Platform team in a hybrid role across NY/MA locations. You will design and develop enterprise-grade solutions, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver scalable outcomes for a global enterprise.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of ServiceNow development experience, 1+ years of configuration on the ServiceNow Platform, and strong JavaScript skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• 1+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
• Strong JavaScript skills and Agile mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow ServiceNow development best practices – architecture, integrations, release management, upgrades.
• Monitor health, usage, and compliance of the application.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams on platform upgrades.
• Work on major version upgrades and patch installations.
• Utilize ServiceNow store integrations and plugins for app development.
