We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations, Moveworks AI integration, and Slate platform integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that enhance employee experience, automate HR processes, and integrate enterprise applications. The role requires strong technical expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow HRSD Development & Implementation

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Build and customize HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management, Lifecycle Events, and HR Catalog Items.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Integrations.
• Configure Employee Service Center and improve employee self-service experiences.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support HRSD upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization initiatives.

Moveworks Integration & Automation

• Integrate Moveworks conversational AI platform with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM modules.
• Design and implement automated employee support experiences through virtual agents and AI-driven workflows.
• Configure conversational workflows, intents, knowledge article integrations, and ticket automation.
• Optimize chatbot performance and user adoption through analytics and continuous improvements.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between Moveworks and ServiceNow.

Slate Integration & Process Automation

• Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and Slate (Admissions/Recruitment CRM platform).
• Develop APIs, web services, middleware, and data synchronization solutions.
• Automate recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes leveraging ServiceNow and Slate.
• Ensure secure and reliable exchange of employee and candidate data.
• Monitor, support, and enhance integration solutions based on business requirements.

General Development & Platform Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
• Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and deployment activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Create technical design documents and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Provide production support and resolve platform-related issues.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Moveworks platform implementation and administration.
• Experience integrating Slate CRM with ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI-driven employee support and automation solutions.
