Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance (TS preferred)
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Bachelor in computer science or related field
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog in ServiceNow

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.
• Build and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.
• Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.
• Maintain documentation and support end users as needed.
