Advanced Systems Design, Inc. seeks a skilled ServiceNow Developer for a client in Montgomery, AL.

This onsite role requires in-person availability from day one and focuses on designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM. You will write JavaScript, use Glide APIs, build Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and REST/SOAP integrations; design workflows and Service Catalog items; and work with CMDB data to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and Glide APIs.
• Hands-on development with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, ACLs, and REST integrations.
• Development experience with ITSM and/or SecOps and GRC/IRM.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and Configuration Management.
• Professional development lifecycle experience: coding, testing, implementation, production support.
• Note: ServiceNow administration does not substitute for development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop JavaScript using ServiceNow and Glide APIs.
• Create Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Develop Service Catalog items, forms, approvals, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Support ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM initiatives and CMDB data integrations.
• Analyze requirements and produce technical designs and specs.
• Troubleshoot code, integrations, and defects; participate in testing and deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
