Job summary

Fantom Corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support development, administration, and maintenance of enterprise ServiceNow applications. The role focuses on enhancing existing capabilities while building new workflows, portals, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on ServiceNow development experience, strong JavaScript skills, and a background in Agile environments to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven ServiceNow development, administration, and workflow management experience.
• Experience building ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Experience with ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, record producers, portals, notifications, and reporting.
• Strong JavaScript development experience in an Agile environment using JIRA.
• Experience supporting and administering Microsoft SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and maintenance support for existing ServiceNow applications and instances.
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications based on customer requirements.
• Create and maintain Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Develop and modify ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, and record producers.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow portals and automated notifications.
