Qualifications

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• ServiceNow development experience or strong software/low-code background.
• Experience creating catalog items and using Flow Designer and business rules.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience IT lifecycle, change, and release management.
• Experience developing technical/documentation.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Create ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and automations using Flow Designer and business rules.
• Develop web-based functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into requirements.
• Evaluate system performance and suggest improvements.
• Identify gaps and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Support project/task management, customer engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
• Support IT lifecycle activities including change and release management.
• Develop technical documentation and release notes.
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers throughout solution design, testing, and deployment.
