Job summary

Fantom Corporation is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications supporting enterprise IT and business processes. This role combines hands-on ServiceNow development with business process analysis and lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow development experience or a strong software/low-code background with the ability to quickly become proficient on the ServiceNow platform, and must be fully cleared with a polygraph

Qualifications

• Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph.
• Willing to work fully onsite at the listed location.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• ServiceNow development experience or strong software/low-code background.
• Experience creating catalog items and using Flow Designer and business rules.
• Experience with business process analysis and translating needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with IT lifecycle, change, and release management.
• Experience developing technical and knowledge management documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Create ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and automations using Flow Designer and business rules.
• Develop web-based functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
• Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Support project/task management, customer engagement, and stakeholder outreach.
• Support IT system lifecycle activities, including change and release management.
• Develop technical documentation, feature release descriptions, process models, and knowledge artifacts.
• Collaborate with technical teams and customers through design, development, testing, and deployment.
