Triunity Software is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Mississauga. You will design, build, and optimize ServiceNow platform components for enterprise clients, focusing on automation and workflow design.

Collaborate with stakeholders, implement REST/SOAP integrations, perform upgrades, and maintain technical docs. The role requires 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and strong communication in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP API integrations within ServiceNow.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform customizations.
• Build and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow platform issues and incidents.
