Qualifications

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration.
• API Integration with REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0.
• ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, CMDB.
• Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspaces.
• ServiceNow AI features: Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
• Build secure REST/SOAP integrations and APIs, webhooks, IntegrationHub, and MID Server solutions.
• Configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB.
• Build user-friendly experiences using Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, UI Builder, and mobile.
• Troubleshoot platform, integration, data, and performance issues; follow security, testing, and release standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and support upgrades, releases, documentation, and automation initiatives.
