Job summary

Infojini Inc. seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep experience in CMDB, ITSM, NowAssist, and development to design, build, and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

You will support enterprise IT Asset Management and align services with business goals. You will design CMDB models, lead hardware lifecycle workflows, integrate HAM Pro with discovery and inventory tools, and produce robust documentation and deployment packages.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Expertise in CMDB, ITAM, and ITSM modules with NowAssist.
• Experience with Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Scoped Applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure CMDB models, asset classes, and relationships.
• Lead hardware lifecycle workflows, reconciliation, and asset normalization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specs.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and flow designer logic.
• Integrate HAM Pro with discovery tools (SCCM, JAMF, Tanium) and external inventory systems.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with asset governance policies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, update sets, and deployment packages.
• Contribute to platform best practices and support transitions.

We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep experience in CMDB, ITSM, NowAssist and development. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying solutions within the ServiceNow platform, supporting enterprise-wide IT Asset Management initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure CMDB models, asset classes, and relationships to support HAM Pro.
