SOFtact Solutions (STS) is seeking a Journeyman ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on development, configuration, and administration with emphasis on robust applications and performance.

Ideal candidates will mentor junior developers, manage multiple projects, and ensure ITSM/CSM/FSM modules align with business goals while maintaining high standards and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of ServiceNow development, configuration and administration.
• Experience with ITSM, CSM, FSM, Service Catalog and related modules.
• CSA certification and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, multi-project management and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead configuration, customization, and maintenance tasks.

Position Location: MacDill AFB, FL (On-Site/Office)

Position Summary:

Join STS as a JourneymanServiceNowDeveloper responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires expertise in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, with a focus on delivering robust applications and maintaining system performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, project management abilities, mentorship to other junior developers, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Lead and execute configuration, customization, and maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Develop and maintain integrations with third‑party systems and applications
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Conduct system testing and performance tuning to maintain optimal system performance
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Ensure compliance with best practices, standards, and security measures

Security Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), Service Catalog, and other ServiceNow modules
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration Hub
• Knowledge of ITIL framework principles and practices
