Triunity Software, Inc. in Shelby, MT is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing IT team.

You will design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow applications and platform features to support enterprise clients who rely on our solutions daily. You will configure workflows, integrate REST/SOAP services, perform upgrades, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Familiarity with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST and SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
• Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies
• Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and ongoing system maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents, bugs, and performance issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations

• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
