E-Solutions is looking for a talented Mid-Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team in the Staffing/Recruiting industry. As a CONTRACTOR, you will have the opportunity to work REMOTELY, contributing to the development, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in change and Release Management; develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
• Support mid Server architecture related to telephonic systems with integrations and problem solving.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (e.g., Workday and other HUB applications).
• Design and implement REST and SOAP APIs for external integrations.
• Create and customize Service Portals using AngularJS and ServiceNow widgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document system requirements.
• Implement and configure ITIL processes in ServiceNow modules.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for development processes.
• Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Participate in Agile development methodology practices.
