Job summary

Jade Global, Inc is seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer based in San Jose. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications, contributing to workflows, and managing web portals for clients using JavaScript and other technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow application development, a strong understanding of ServiceNow products, and excellent communication skills. This is an office-based position focused on optimizing ServiceNow functionalities.

Qualifications

Lead ServiceNow Developer

Location: U.S. – San Jose (Office based)

Responsibilities

• Developing & implementing new ServiceNow applications.
• Contributing to workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate/improve business processes.
• Creating/Managing web portals for internal and external clients using JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular.
• Monitoring ServiceNow health, usage and compliance.
• Working directly with end users to resolve issues.
• Participating in problem-solving during development, testing and production.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience (minimum 6+ years in ServiceNow application development).
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow products (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and web platform concepts.
• Experience with creating, configuring and managing ServiceNow objects (Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros).
• Experience deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new platform versions.
• Experience performing integrations between ServiceNow and other business systems.
• Experience in Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, detail‑oriented, strong problem‑solving and customer‑centric attitude.
