Job summary

Ladders is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to shape the architecture strategy for an enterprise ServiceNow environment. The role emphasizes scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions with governance across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM, in collaboration with government teams.

The position is remote in the United States, offering a compensation band of $160,000–$190,000 per year. You will lead integration design, security controls, data governance, and upgrades to ensure reliable service

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of experience with ServiceNow platform implementations across multiple enterprise environments.
• At least four years in a leading role focused on ServiceNow architecture and complex design decisions.
• Expertise in enterprise ServiceNow architecture, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and technical debt management.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and secure connectivity integrations.
• Demonstrated expertise in CI/CD practices, family upgrades, and maintaining upgrade-safe design.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including CSA, CAD, and CTA.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to meet governmental security requirements.

This role will shape the architecture strategy for a complex enterprise ServiceNow environment, with a focus on creating scalable, secure, and upgrade-safe solutions. You will partner closely with technical stakeholders and government teams to guide design decisions, strengthen platform governance, and support reliable service delivery. The position calls for deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and lifecycle management across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM capabilities.
