This position will have a combination of daily project management responsibilities, operational responsibilities, as well as for the delivery of key projects working within the RTX entities around the world. This position reports to the Associate Director, End User Services. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, leadership, customer service, vendor management, and communication skills. This role requires proven experience leading regional field service delivery teams and overseeing the execution of enterprise-scale infrastructure projects across diverse technologies. The Senior Manager will drive operational excellence, manage strategic vendor relationships, and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with business objectives. A strong working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, network printing, end user computing technologies, and supporting shop floor computing.
This is a hybrid role, Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
