RTX is looking for a talented Manager, Enterprise Services Communications. The Enterprise Services Communications manager is a strategic change communications leader responsible for supporting transformational initiatives across the Enterprise Services organization, with primary responsibility for the Process & Systems Transformation (PST) program and the broader ES Business Solutions portfolio. This executive-facing role partners closely with program and portfolio Communications leads, senior leaders, and cross‑functional teams to develop and execute communications strategies that build alignment, drive adoption, and support successful business transformation. The Enterprise Services organization enables operational excellence and major enterprise initiatives across a diverse and complex portfolio. The change driven by the PST program and ES Business Solutions mission area spans technology, process, policy, and organizational transformation. Because of this scale and complexity, this role requires a communications leader experienced in enterprise-wide change who can translate transformation into clear, compelling, audience‑specific messaging and operate confidently at both the executive and program levels.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. Candidates in the Farmington, CT, Arlington, VA or Charlotte, NC area are preferred. The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
