• PM with an experience in managing end to end cloud Infrastructure and Service Now Delivery.
• Candidates with a total of 15+ years of experience of which: 10 years or more in IT Infrastructure and ServiceNow Delivery
• Track record of delivering IT infrastructure services within a technically complex and challenging customer environment

• Must possess development skills
• Hands on knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM and ITAM)
• Good to have Telecommunication domain knowledge
• Good to have knowledge of ServiceNow FSM and TSM modules
