Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Cyber Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team. You will drive governance, backlog and release planning across multiple tech streams, coordinating with architects, product owners, and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery and value realization.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage complex multistream initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing consulting or professional services role.
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition.
• Establish delivery governance and planning across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications with clear KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore/offshore models.
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff activities and transition-to-operations readiness.
