Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a Senior Manager to shape Cyber Tech Risk programs using ServiceNow across IRM, GRC, and SecOps. You will lead design, configuration, and deployment, guiding client teams and coordinating global delivery.

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, mentor diverse teams, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. Travel up to 50% and prior Big 4 experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in CS, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field.
• 10+ years hands-on experience on Tech Risk technology solution designs and architect.
• Experience with ServiceNow, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and SecOps modules.
• 10+ years leading ServiceNow implementations including solution design and technical architecture.
• Previous consulting or Big 4 experience.
• Willingness to travel ~50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for integrated risk management (IRM), governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and Security Operations (SecOps) using ServiceNow.
• Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA.
• Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Lead configuration and deployment of ServiceNow IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules including ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB.
• Drive continuous improvement and propose innovative ServiceNow capabilities for cyber risk management.
