Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a ServiceNow Senior Manager to lead cyber risk, GRC, and SecOps implementations. You will drive integrated risk management using ServiceNow to align with client needs and industry standards across multiple domains.

You will oversee global teams, shape technical architectures, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions while engaging senior stakeholders and contributing to go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in a technical or business field; advanced certifications preferred.
10+ years of hands-on experience in tech risk tech solution design and architecture.
Experience with ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps, TPRM.
10+ years of deep ServiceNow expertise evidenced by certifications and hands-on design experience.
Experience leading ServiceNow implementations and architectural design.
Previous consulting or Big 4 experience.
Willingness to travel ~50%.
ServiceNow CMA/CTA certifications highly desirable.
Strong documentation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute risk management, GRC, and SecOps strategies on ServiceNow.
Design and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, PCI, HIPAA).
Lead delivery of ServiceNow-based cyber risk solutions.
Oversee configuration and deployment of IRM, GRC, and SecOps modules (ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, automation).
Drive continuous improvement and leverage ServiceNow capabilities.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions for executives.
Contribute to practice development with go-to-market strategies.
Provide thought leadership on GRC trends and emerging technologies.
Lead and mentor global teams for high-quality delivery.
