Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Consultant, Strategy & Transformation within the Cyber Strategy & Transformation team to deliver ServiceNow-based solutions across IT Operations, Risk, and AI governance. You will partner with clients to capture needs, design capabilities, and drive adoption while coordinating across diverse teams.

The role emphasizes independent work, strong written/verbal communication, and the ability to lead workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, cybersecurity, engineering, IT, finance or business.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow implementations in client-facing roles.
• 2+ years gathering requirements, workshops, and documenting flows.
• 2+ years configuring ServiceNow modules: ITOM/ITAM/IRIM/SecOps/TPRM.
• 2+ years configuring forms, workflows, SLAs, dashboards, roles or access controls.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD and other CIS certifications preferred.
• Experience with AI Control Tower, Veza identity governance, Armis integration.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements workshops and interviews to capture business needs.
• Analyze processes and tools for ServiceNow configuration and automation.
• Contribute to functional design, forms, workflows, dashboards, and access controls.
• Document data models, taxonomies, workflows, and governance requirements.
• Produce artifacts: requirements, designs, test scenarios, training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support demonstrations, UAT, and deployment.
