CACI International Inc seeks a ServiceNow CMDB Operations Developer to maintain and optimize the CMDB within ServiceNow for the DoD EITaaS program, ensuring data accuracy across the enterprise. You will develop CMDB processes, dashboards, and reports, collaborating with IT teams to keep the CMDB as the system of truth.

Requirements include US citizenship with ability to obtain secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of experience, and hands-on ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB capabilities.

Qualificações

• US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, CI Class Manager, CMDB Data Manager, CMDB Health Dashboards, Performance Analytics, CMDB Query Builder, and Service Mapping.
• Effective communicator at all levels, written and verbal
• A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
• A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in a dynamic technical environment.
• Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile Scrum.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, manage, and maintain CMDB processes and workflows in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, and REST APIs.
• Create and execute reports, dashboards, and metrics related to CMDB health and usage using PA and/or CMDB Query Builder.
• Independently identify, troubleshoot, and remediate CMDB-related issues.
• Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to ensure CMDB data quality.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the CMDB remains a reliable source of truth for the IT ecosystem.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and implement new CMDB features as appropriate.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on CMDB best practices for IT staff and stakeholders.
