Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Subject Matter Expert for the JTMS program. This full-time role focuses on CMDB health, data quality, and governance, supporting CMDB implementation and optimization initiatives.

Up to 10% travel in the Continental US is expected. Responsibilities include CMDB configuration and maintenance, data source management, dashboards, audits, and reconciliation rules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMDB configuration experience.
• CSA certification (ServiceNow Certified System Administrator) – Required.
• CIS - Data Foundations certification – Required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• CMDB configuration, administration & maintenance.
• Monitor CMDB health dashboards and KPIs.
• Manage data sources and integration points.
• Develop transform maps and import sets for CMDB population.
• Create and maintain CI lifecycle workflows and relationships.
• Perform CMDB audits and data quality checks.
