The role requires hands-on design leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to define KPIs, dashboards, and automation strategies that improve data quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale CMDB implementations and governance programs.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMDB design, migration, and enterprise data model architecture.
• Define CI classes, relationships, and governance standards.
• Develop scalable CMDB solutions aligned with ITIL and ServiceNow best practices.
• Implement and optimize ServiceNow Discovery.
• Design and maintain Service Mapping for critical business services.
• Integrate CMDB with infrastructure, cloud, monitoring, and third-party platforms.
• Ensure accurate CI population and relationship mapping across enterprise environments.
• Establish and enforce CMDB governance processes and policies.
• Drive data quality initiatives, audits, reconciliation, and remediation activities.
• Develop automation strategies to improve CMDB accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor CMDB health and compliance.
• Engage with business, infrastructure, application, and service management teams to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions on CMDB strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure successful deployment validation.
• Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting.
