Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB operations and data quality.
- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
- Proficiency in building Performance Analytics or Platform Analytics.
- Experience with translating operational requirements into ServiceNow-ready user stories.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow CMDB solutions.
- Build Platform Analytics indicators and dashboards.
- Monitor CMDB health and evaluate data quality.
- Support implementation readiness for CMDB enhancements.
- Develop knowledge articles for stakeholders.
