Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience utilizing CMDB in ServiceNow.
• Proven experience implementing a CMDB in environments with 20,000+ CIs.
• Strong understanding of data models and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between Live Operations, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Technology stakeholders.
• Translate stakeholder requests into business requirements.
• Support the definition of relationships and dependencies between Configuration Items.
