Job Title: ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC)

Location: Remote

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) to support a global ITSM AI Optimization initiative. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to guide the implementation of AI Search within the Service Operations Workspace and ensure alignment with agile methodologies.

Required: CIS certifications are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive process workshops and define solution strategies for AI Search implementation.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper delivery of scoped features.
• Advise on SOW content and project planning.
• Ensure project milestones are met using Agile best practices.
• Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow BPC or similar role.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, AI Search, and Service Operations Workspace.
• Knowledge of Now Assist is a strong plus.
• Experience working with SOWs and client-facing consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodology and Scrum practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with assertive client environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with global AMS (Application Management Services) clients.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, AI/ML, or BPC track).
