Job summary

Cipher Digital is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to translate business needs into practical ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, IRM, CSM, SecOps, and CLM. You will gather requirements, write user stories, and guide implementation with business stakeholders.

The role requires 4+ years of business analysis, strong ServiceNow module knowledge, and excellent communication. You will facilitate workshops, support UAT, and drive adoption while collaborating with technical teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of business analysis experience, ideally with ServiceNow as the primary platform.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities across modules (ITSM, IRM, CSM, SecOps, CLM, or Vendor/Procurement).
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specs or user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read a process and identify where ServiceNow adds value vs. where it doesn't.
• Background in change management or user adoption/training.
• Exposure to IT compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) as they relate to IRM.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders across workstreams to gather and clarify requirements.
• Translate business processes and pain points into ServiceNow-compatible solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on what ServiceNow can and can't do well, and recommend the right approach for their need.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, and write clear user stories/requirements for the development team.
• Facilitate workshops and demos to align stakeholders on process design before build.
• Support UAT, training, and adoption for new workstream rollouts.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical/implementation teams.
