Job summary

AHEAD is building platforms for digital business and seeks a knowledgeable ServiceNow professional to coordinate requirements and translate them into technical specs. You will collaborate with clients, document processes, and support future concepts and architectures.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and the ability to travel at least 25% within the United States. A CSA is preferred and experience with ITSM is a plus.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
• Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
• Certified System Administrator preferred
• Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong project and situational awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-starter
• Able to travel of at least 25%

$145,000 - $160,000 a year

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
