Job summary

AHEAD invites you to join its LAUNCH Associate Development Program in Chicago, starting with a 3-month training focused on ServiceNow within the Enterprise Service Management practice. Successful participants transition to client projects aligned with skills and interests.

We seek innovative thinkers, enthusiastic collaborators, creative problem solvers, and curious self-starters who excel in a fast-paced IT consulting environment and are willing to travel for delivery work.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Management (ServiceNow)
• Willingness to travel to client projects and shadowing opportunities (50+% of the time)
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required
• Graduated with a technical degree by 1/11/2027
• Previous IT/Software internship or bootcamp experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of Application Development

Associate ServiceNow Developer

(Internally known as an Associate Technical Consultant)

As an Associate Developer in LAUNCH, you will start out in a 3-month training program within our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice focused on ServiceNow solutions. Upon completion of LAUNCH, you will have the opportunity to work on client projects based on skillset, personal interest, and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate effectively across teams, and build positive relationships
• Demonstrate ability to work on teams, collaborate on projects, and contribute to the overall successful delivery of projects
• Demonstrate drive and proactiveness to get things done, be solutions-oriented, and enjoy solving complex problems
• Demonstrate resourcefulness, curiosity, creativity, courage, critical thinking, and a desire to use technology to search for new and innovative solutions to problems
• Exercise sound reasoning, ingenuity, and inclusive perspectives to analyze issues, solve problems and make recommendations

Qualifications:

• Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or relevant field is a plus
• Successful completion in a technical-related bootcamp

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
