Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to define and design customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will own project outcomes, ensure documentation quality, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Ideal candidates bring broad ServiceNow experience beyond ITSM, strong communication and presentation skills, and a willingness to travel up to 25% in the US. You will work in a dynamic environment with cross-functional teams, contributing to digital transformation

Qualifications

• Experience modeling business processes across ServiceNow suites.
• Strong knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites beyond ITSM.
• Ability to discuss requirements for integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
• Certified System Administrator preferred.
• Previous development/architecture experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will utilize your extensive business process expertise and experience to define and design customer solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You ensure development efforts are well documented and delivered with quality, owning the overall outcome of your projects.

$145,000 - $160,000 a year

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings（“OTE”）for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Qualifications

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
• Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
• Certified System Administrator preferred
• Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong project and situational awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-starter
• Able to travel of at least 25%
