Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst for a US remote role. You will lead ServiceNow projects, translate requirements into technical designs, and collaborate with development teams to implement and administer ServiceNow applications.

You will work with stakeholders to capture current state pain points and design future state processes, ensuring ongoing user engagement through all project phases.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of four years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
