The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align with our clients' strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITAM and ITOM modules.
• Lead the implementation and integration of ServiceNow ITAM and ITOM solutions across various environments.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and develop strategic roadmaps.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, system configurations, and process improvements.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a strong focus on ITAM and ITOM modules.
• Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-ITAM, CIS-ITOM) are highly desirable.
