Avanciers is hiring a ServiceNow Solutions Architect for one of our Fortune 500 clients. This is a long-term role with the client.

Location: REMOTE

Title: ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Duration: Full Time

Responsibilities:

1. Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM).
2. Install, configure, and test new applications and features in sandbox/dev environments.
3. Explore ServiceNow’s latest capabilities, releases, and technologies to improve the platform and advise on best practices.
4. Integrate asset management with related ITSM/ITOM processes such as CMDB, Incident, Change, and Procurement.
5. Ensure data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation of discovery and inventory sources.
6. Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate new modules, integrations, or third-party tools.
7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and SOPs.
8. Establish and promote best practices for ServiceNow development, security, governance, and release management.
