Job Summary:

The Solution Architect guides and owns the delivery of ServiceNow implementations by providing mentorship and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting. They find solutions to business problems, ensuring that new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from technical, business, user, and other perspectives. They describe solutions in understandable language and facilitate communication between process owners and the C-Suite.

Role & Responsibilities:

Understand how available technologies can be used to address business problems.

1. Identify suitable frameworks, platform applications, or technical stacks for solution creation.
2. Recognize the scope and interaction of ServiceNow modules.
3. Consider future scalability and support for ServiceNow digital solutions.
4. Balance configuration and customization.
5. Manage technical debt.
6. Define risk versus value for third-party integrations with ServiceNow.
7. Explain governance and organizational change management's importance in projects.

Experience & Certifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or Sciences.
• Certifications: IT4IT, ITILv4, TOGAF, SN Certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM), plus two CIS-Certifications (ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, FSM, SecOps/GRC, HRSD, SPM).
• Strong scripting and app development skills, familiarity with web services, APIs, mobile app design.
• Experience in 20+ ServiceNow implementations across modules.
• Minimum 3 years of architecting solutions in ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Angular JS, SOAP, REST, JSON, AJAX, CSS, SaSS, HTML5, SP Widgets, XML.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
