We seek a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic Enterprise Applications Team. As a critical member of our team, you will manage requirements specific to ServiceNow systems and integrations, ensuring seamless operations within our core application platforms.
With your ServiceNow expertise, you will assist with design and implementation features that enable our ITSM, CSM, ITAM, and ITOM applications. You will work with business partners to identify new opportunities for expanding the use of ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, as well as automating applicable, manual business and IT processes. You will be responsible for the ongoing improvement of ServiceNow. You will also define the scope of technical projects and oversee the execution.
