Job summary

Ondaro is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect/Technical Consultant to lead architectural design, development, and integrations for complex client engagements. You will act as the technical interface between clients and delivery teams, shaping solutions that balance business needs with platform capabilities.

You will mentor colleagues, run workshops, and ensure quality, scalable deployments while promoting best practices and reusable patterns across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow in client environments.
• Proficiency with JavaScript including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, AngularJS.
• Certified System Administrator and Certified Technical Architect.

What you'll be doing:

• Serve as a leader within the Business Workflows team, delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate closely with clients to identify business challenges and define strategic solutions.
• Architect innovative solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform.
• Combine technical expertise, consulting skills, and leadership capabilities to drive successful project delivery.
• Guide cross-functional teams throughout solution design and implementation.
• Influence stakeholders and support decision-making across projects and client engagements.
• Communicate clearly, tailoring messages for different audiences, and resolving ambiguity effectively.
• Actively listen, ask insightful questions, and demonstrate empathy and understanding.
• Expertise in managing multiple high-priority demands while navigating ambiguity effectively.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, and consultative influencing skills.
• Influence stakeholders and teams in a consultative manner, ensuring clarity on needs, dependencies, and issues.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Maintain full utilization by tracking work hours and aligning with organizational goals.

Primary Technical Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical interface between clients and development teams.
• Lead architectural design, development, deployment, and integrations for the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct workshops to gather technical and business requirements.
• Develop and enforce technical design standards, best practices, and patterns.
• Optimize solutions to align with client needs, leveraging deep knowledge of ServiceNow products and capabilities.
• Ensure quality deliverables and proactively identify areas for improvement within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Mentor team members and share knowledge of best practices for technical design.
• Maintain expertise in ServiceNow technologies such as SSO, SAML, LDAP, REST, SOAP, and web services.

Thought Leadership and Collaboration

• Research and advise on partner or vendor solutions for integration needs.
• Collaborate with peer practices to define dependencies and ensure platform success.
• Contribute to differentiated go-to-market thought leadership initiatives.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement in delivery processes.
• Reduce technical debt by establishing and maintaining platform standards.

Pre-Sales Support

• Assist pre-sales teams by scoping service engagements involving ServiceNow CSM and complex integrations.

What you´ll bring to the table:

• Experience implementing and integrating ServiceNow.
• Proven expertise as a technical consultant in client environments.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow product lines, including scripting in JavaScript (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, AngularJS, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
• Certified System Administrator.
• Certified Technical Architect
