Job summary

Ondaro is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant to facilitate customer workshops, design business processes, and elicit functional needs. You will produce documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, technotes, and testing.

You will lead workshops, train customers, and contribute to project deliverables while aligning client and project expectations. Strong ServiceNow ITAM experience, ITIL certifications, and 5+ years in professional services are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• One or more domain-relevant industry certifications (ITIL 4 Foundation/Managing Professional; SHRM-CP; ISC² CCSP/SSCP; NN/g UX)
• ServiceNow - ITAM experience
• 3+ years on the ServiceNow platform
• 5+ years in a professional services org or as a consultant
• 5+ years capturing requirements
• 5+ years professional IT experience
• Cross-functional collaboration across functions and groups
• Experience facilitating geographically dispersed customers and onshore/offshore teams
• Strong written and verbal communication translating tech to business terms
• Subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor
• Experience with highly complex, unsupervised work
• Domain expertise in a business function
• Practical Agile methodologies/tools

Ondaro is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant Facilitate customer workshops to establish functional business challenges, design business processes, or elicit the functional needs of the customer. As an Ondaro Business Process Consultant, you will produce and maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, technotes, and testing, etc.

• What you'll be Doing:


• Create functional solutions that meet the needs of the customer


• Disseminate work to project team


• Facilitate workshops, training, and other customer-facing activities


• You will support the overall business/project plan by contributing to the analysis of project deliverables; Problem analysis, and resolution at functional and strategic level


• Lead and delegate to solve problems


• Ensure alignment of client and project team expectations


• Provide strategic impact and/or advice on engagements within their domain of expertise; act as technical product advocate


• Evaluation of new features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations.


• Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes


• Collaborate and bring client's requirements to cross-domain integration/design sessions


• Implement technology-specific best practices and standards


• Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions


• Propose data model, design changes to processes and products, exert significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment


• Translate stated requirements into functional and technical requirements


• Review and refine designs for usability, review testing scenarios, and refine test cases to ensure application quality; Work with users to review test results to ensure they meet expected results.


• Provide Quality Assurance of deliverables and methodology; Ensure consistency of experience, approach, and deliverables


• Facilitates UAT sessions and UAT material creation


• Plan, develop and deliver client training


• Perform and participate in product roadmap planning

What You'll Bring To The Table

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred


• One or more domain-relevant industry certifications at an entry to mid-tier level, e.g., ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional; SHRM-CP; ISC² CCSP, SSCP, CAP; NN/g UX


• ServiceNow - ITAM experience


• 3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform


• 5+ years of experience working in a professional services organization or as a consultant


• 5+ years of experience capturing requirements


• 5+ years of professional IT experience


• Experience interacting cross-functionally on matters that require coordination across different functions and collaborate well with other groups, voluntarily shares information


• Experience with facilitating geographically separated customers and onshore/offshore teams


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in terms of the business


• Subject matter expert and advanced individual contributor professional


• Experience conducting highly complex work, unsupervised and with extensive latitude for independent judgment


• Domain expertise within a specific business function


• Practical experience with Agile methodologies/tools

Note: Base salary range is $143,000 - $155,000 CAD This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
