Job summary

Ondaro is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant II to translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations. This role combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with consultative skills to build high-quality workflows, integrations, and automations.

You will work on end-to-end automated solutions, including process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configurations.

Qualifications

• Experience with the ServiceNow platform and development
• Familiarity with IT/business process consulting
• Experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript)
• Strong knowledge of LDAP/SSL/SAML/SSO technologies
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support customer implementations on the ServiceNow platform
• Deliver end-to-end automated solutions including workflow customization, integrations, and automation
• Evaluate, recommend, and build out customer requirements following best practices
• Track work hours and maintain utilization as directed
• Design custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Build custom apps and integrations as needed

Ondaro is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant II who translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations. This role combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with consultative skills to build high-quality workflows, integrations, and automations, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and timely delivery of solutions that drive business value.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide technical expertise to support customer's implementations of products developed on the ServiceNow platform
• Leverages knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, which include technical implementation of processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, user experience, and system configurations
• Responsible for the evaluation, recommendation, and build-out of customer requirements on the platform utilizing defined best practices for configuration and development
• Responsible for tracking work hours and maintaining full utilization as set by the organization
• Custom app design
• Custom app building
• Integrations

What You'll Bring To The Table

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
• 5+ years of general business or IT experience
• Proven experience with scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript preferred)
• Developing experience with LDAP, SSL, SAML/SSO, and similar technologies
• Able to work independently on standard work assignments with little supervision
• Applied knowledge of Agile/Scrum/XP methodologies
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (preferred); or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Certified System Administrator
• 1+ CIS Certifications
