Job description

This role is with Symbiotic Business Outsourcing Pvt Ltd in New Delhi, India. City: New Delhi, IndiaWork Location: Remote-WFH (but if required once in a while you have to be in the office)Shift: 6.00 PM IST to 2.30 AM IST (Overlapping with USA Eastern Standard Time)

Key Skills

• Expert in ServiceNow development, administration, configuration, and development.
• Proficient in Business rules, Client scripts, UI policies, Data policies, ACLs, UI actions, Script includes, Transform maps, Workflows, Form and list configuration with multiple views, Database views, Inbound Actions.
• Experience in implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and expertise in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs.
• Working experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, PPM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, SPM, HAM, SAM, FSM, Knowledge Base is an added advantage.
• Responsible for gathering technical specifications and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools/systems.
• Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Angular.js, HTML.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external business partners.
• (Essential) Fluent English written and spoken skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software design and architecture.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
• Review and debug code.
