Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Waltham, MA or Hicksville, NY

Full-time Remote Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support building ServiceNow Capability as an experienced ServiceNow Architect.
2. Design accountability for the organization’s ServiceNow strategic platform.
3. Lead the solution architecture design and enhancement activities for the Enterprise ServiceNow program, ensuring technical integrity of projects.
4. Ensure the technical integrity of solutions by applying coordination, governance, and change control to specifications and infrastructure. Advise on design impacts and assessment processes.
5. Coordinate design and development within the program, maintaining plans and policies for the platform.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Provide application support for ServiceNow.
2. Perform daily operational tasks and support activities on the ServiceNow platform.
3. Review ticket queues, analyze incidents, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
4. Interpret logs to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and defects in the ITSM platform.

Skills / Experience Required:

1. Experience in a customer support role, preferably in IT services.
2. Experience in application or IT support.
3. Understanding of user/business functions, processes, and key outputs.
4. Experience with service desk applications and configuration.
5. Knowledge of ITIL processes and applications.
