Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Applications Developer to provide OA&M of ServiceNow platforms hosted on AWS, delivering operational efficiencies in requirements management and mission networks close support workflows. Onsite the Applications Developer works to maintain a backlog of over one hundred IT related requirements across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• Requires TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of related experience OR Master's with 10+ years OR 16+ years of related experience.
• Experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with JavaScript/HTML/CSS for ServiceNow solutions.
• Experience with MySQL for ServiceNow integration.
• Experience with system integration and process automation.
• Experience upgrading ServiceNow instances and creating reports/dashboards.
• Experience delivering products via Agile methodologies.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow components (workflows, forms, dashboards, reports).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with LDAP or PKI certificates.
• Experience evaluating deployments and eliciting business requirements.
• Experience communicating requirements to stakeholders.
• Experience deploying applications on Linux servers.
• Experience deploying authorized ServiceNow plugins.

Responsibilities

• Provide OA&M of ServiceNow platforms hosted on AWS.
• Maintain a backlog supporting multiple customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze, develop, and maintain system modifications, upgrades, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile practices to define requirements and customize solutions.
• Support data collection automation and reporting for decision making.
