Qualifications

Active TS/SCI with poly required.
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience OR Master's with 10+ years.
Experience with development of ServiceNow applications.
Experience implementing practices aligned with accessibility standards.
Experience using agile methodologies and Jira.
Experience analyzing web-based applications and APIs to support decisions.

Responsibilities

Support ServiceNow development and SN platform implementation.
Follow Agile methodology for SN software development.
Support objectives for SN features and functions with prioritized backlog.
Address security and development requirements for applications.
Adhere to the sponsor's document management plan and versioning requirements.
Design, develop, maintain and document code for software applications and cloud services.
Conduct unit, functional, and user testing.
