Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Applications Developer to provide OA&M of ServiceNow platforms hosted on C2E-AWS to improve requirements management and mission workflows. The role supports multiple customers from a central team with Agile collaboration and data-driven reporting.

The ideal candidate has ServiceNow development experience, AWS infrastructure knowledge, and strong SQL/ scripting skills, with a TS/SCI clearance and substantial experience in enterprise IT environments.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years related experience OR Master's with 10+ years OR 16+ years experience.
• Experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.
• Experience with MySQL databases for ServiceNow integration.
• Experience with system integration and process automation.
• Experience upgrading ServiceNow instances.
• Experience creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Experience delivering products via Agile methods.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow components (workflows, forms, dashboards, reports).
• Experience integrating ServiceNow sign-on with LDAP or PKI.
• Experience evaluating deployments for improvements.
• Experience participating in TEMs and Requirements meetings.
• Experience translating requirements to technical specs and communicating them.
• Experience deploying applications on Linux servers.
• Experience deploying authorized ServiceNow plugins.

Responsibilities

• Provide OA&M of ServiceNow platforms hosted on AWS for operations and metrics.
• Maintain backlog of IT requirements supporting multiple customers.
• Analyze, develop, and maintain system modifications and interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders via Agile methods to define requirements.
• Configure ServiceNow components including workflows, forms, dashboards, reports.
• Support upgrades and deployments of ServiceNow instances.
• Integrate ServiceNow with LDAP/PKI for sign-on and security.
• Develop reports and dashboards for actionable corporate data.
• Work with Linux servers and enterprise IT environments.
