Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Lead to drive CMDB/ITAM governance and analytics across technology functions. Based in multiple U.S. locations, including Dallas, TX, you will mentor teams and deliver data-driven insights for asset management and service mapping.

The role emphasizes data quality, compliance, and proactive reporting to support strategic decisions and operational maturity.

Qualifications

Experience with IT Asset Management, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ServiceNow, and CSDM frameworks.
Strong analytical, reporting, and data governance skills.
Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead CMDB and ITAM data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and compliance.
Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytics.
Partner with CI owners, infrastructure teams, and stakeholders to improve data quality and lifecycle processes.
Analyze trends, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to improve asset visibility and service reliability.
Support CMDB certification, audits, and remediation efforts.
Promote CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, HAM, and SAM capabilities.
Translate complex data into business insights for executive reporting.
Identify automation opportunities to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort.
