• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of ServiceNow, ITSM support, business/systems analysis, or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate needs into functional requirements and simple configurations.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reporting, and basic administration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for ServiceNow features including ITSM.
• Configure basic workflows, forms, catalogs, and reports in ServiceNow.
• Maintain platform documentation including configuration details and data flows.
• Support disaster-recovery planning and testing for ServiceNow.
• Assist with user guides and knowledge-base materials for ServiceNow capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineers on complex enhancements and participate in testing (UAT).
• Assist with routine operations and monitoring of the platform.
