Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to provide analysis and configuration support for the enterprise ServiceNow platform, documenting requirements and implementing lightweight workflow changes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure capabilities, documentation, and training materials meet operational needs and continuity objectives.

You will gather business requirements, configure basic workflows, and maintain comprehensive platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of ServiceNow or ITSM experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, forms, reporting, or similar ITSM platforms.
• Ability to create and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust and U.S. citizenship for this remote federal IT position.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure basic workflows, forms, catalogs, and reports in ServiceNow.
• Maintain platform documentation and diagrams.
• Participate in backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery planning.
• Support training with user guides and knowledge-base articles.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow engineers on complex enhancements.
• Assist with routine operations and monitoring.
