Job summary

InDev is seeking a ServiceNow AI Developer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions on the NOW platform, focusing on NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, and Conversational AI. You will configure flows using Flow Designer and tailor AI experiences across ITSM, CRM, and scoped applications.

The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, expertise in JavaScript, REST/JSON, and AI tooling, plus CAD certification.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/JSON integrations, and Flow Designer.
• Understanding of ACLs, data models, update sets, and client scripts.
• Experience with AI Search, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with AI Agent Studio and GenAI platforms.
• ServiceNow CAD certification.

InDev is seeking a ServiceNow AI Developer with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Conversational AI experience to design, build, and optimize AI powered solutions using the NOW platform. In this role, you will configure out-of-the box flows using Flow Designer and configure Virtual Agent and conversational AI experiences with core ServiceNow modules (ITSM, scoped applications).

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design & Configure: Build and customize (1) ITSM CRM, and scoped applications leveraging workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and scripting; (2) Enhance ITSM, CRM, and scoped applications to include AI-powered use cases such as chat summarization, resolution note generation, knowledge article generation, response recommendations, and content generation.
• Workflow Integration: Integrate Virtual Agent and conversational AI with ServiceNow modules like IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Scripting & APIs: Extend functionality using JavaScript, Glide APIs, UI policies, and RESTful web services.
• Testing & Optimization: Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and manage update sets.
• Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate operational needs into responsive, user-friendly web and mobile solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow with dedicated experience with NOW Assist.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST/JSON integrations, and Flow Designer.
• Understanding of Access Control Lists (ACLs), data models, update sets, and client scripts.
• Experience with AI Search, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
• Experience with AI Agent Studio and GenAI platforms.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

NICE TO HAVES

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow AI Professional certification.
